I’m so excited to share that thinking*through*design has launched it’s first challenge today! If you haven’t already stopped by, check out the challenge with a theme of “Analogous” (and um, even though my thought is there, color theory isn’t my specialty, so go check it out for yourself rather than listen to me ramble incoherently with much inaccuracy explain it). thinking*through*design
For the sake of regularly scheduled blogging though, I will however, share my page with you here.
Supplies: October AFternoon, American Crafts (Thickers & twine), Studio G (“washi” tape), misc (button s & bling)
Design Tip: Repetition of color While keeping this page within a analogous color palette, I used white to contrast. The white is repeated in the green patterned paper, as well as yellow, also the alphabet stickers, twine and the font on some of the stickers.
Price Per Page: $$$ ($3-$4 MSRP)
**** WINNER**** Alert
I have to say, it was a bit fun to read through your guesses about what the first thing I did with the Ghirardelli chocolate chips! Well, the first thing I did was put them in….you guessed it…..a mason jar!! Then I decided to try a couple, just to see how sweet they were. But I only ate 6! Really!!
So……RebeccaC, you are the winner! E-mail me at lovejoypaper (at) hughes (dot) net and I’ll mail your prize right out!
