I was really feeling scrappy last night. A wonderful twist after not having a lot of inspiration lately (the horrible side effects of being tired). I decided it was time to shake it up a little bit, to get a little messy. (But just a little – I can’t go full out messy, nope, not me).
Supplies: Stampin’ Up (paper, cardstock, journal tag, flowers, stickers), American Crafts (Thickers numbers), misc (thread), Kaiser Craft (black cabochon), My Minds Eye (grey rhinestone)
Design Tip: Focal Point I used the large flower underneath the main photo to be my focal point. If you were to draw an imaginary line from the title “@31” to the flower, it leads the eye right through my face in the photo – allowing the subject of the page to be apparent – the photos more than the embellishments. Creating pages are a 12x12 game of Dot to Dot.
Price Per Page: $$$$ (just over $6). Ouch! This one was a lot for me!! I rarely do page that have this much associated cost. However, the supplies were from a prize I won, so it didn’t “hurt” as much.

Oh I love this! Beautiful! :)
I like the layout, and the 'messy' look....but most of all I like the sentiments!
Love your design tips, Amanda! Great job getting yourself to be the focus of a layout!
