Yesterday was an exciting day in our house. A learned to ride her bike without training wheels. I didn’t see that coming for a while still, for one thing, they hadn’t ridden all winter. Friday was the first day they pulled out their bikes since last fall. But about 1 o’clock I heard a scream “MO-OOOOOOOOOOM.” Wondering what on earth was happening, and confused because for the volume I knew it was a *big* deal, but the tone was happy as well, I went outside. I couldn’t believe my eyes, but a trip back in for a camera later I was convinced what I was seeing was real! She was a Free Rider!
Supplies: Coredinations, Simple Stories Fab{U}lous, Studio G (“washi” tape), misc (bling) (note the use of the transparency over the 2nd left photo)
Design Tip: Dimension When working with flat, similar or simple elements, create more interest by “popping” them with a piece of foam tape. Depth creates interest.
Price Per Page: $$$ (about $3.50)
Since the photos on the page are small, I thought the grandparents might like to see the photos more. I just love the look of concentration!
